Complaints procedure

Step 1 — Contact us

Email callme@naturalnatural.world or call +64 4 297 2022 within 30 days of the issue. Include your name, booking reference, and what you would like resolved.

Step 2 — Internal review

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to respond with a proposed resolution within 10 business days.

Step 3 — External help

If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal (for claims within its limits) or seek advice from Consumer Protection NZ.
