Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repeat service or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We do not make false or misleading claims about outcomes. Marketing describes what the service includes—not guaranteed results.
Contracting out
Where the Act allows, business customers may agree in writing to modified guarantees. Consumer clients retain statutory rights.
